I hired this company to mediate a sewage and water clean up. The disaster team was excellent, very knowledgeable and seemed to be on point. We it came to issues with a rebuild quote and questions regarding mold I was once stood up by a staff member and no return calls when he failed to meet, leaving his work crews sitting. I have now reviewed a rebuild estimate provided by the vice president. I sent a detailed list of questions regarding the errors found in their quote and what appeared to be overcharges and/or items left off of the quote and needed to be added. I guess they don’t like to be questioned about errors, don’t like to spend time on doing accurate quotes, or responding to legitimate questions. Very disappointed Conner stood me up halting my clean up and very disappointing that Conner made mistakes on a quote and more disappointing that Chris the VP didn’t want to correct or discuss the quote in question. I guess this is a no questions to be asked and we charge what we want type of operation. People please throughly read your quotes line by line. Private msg me and I will share how I went thru mine and what I had issues with that weren’t answered.

Nico and Lucas did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. Our older carpets look super and our newer smart strand carpet looks fabulous. High Tide has hot water extraction, which is required by Karastan. My husband Bob and I are very satisfied customers.

They quickly removed my water damage. Very professional team. Then they reconstructed my home as if it never happened. I highly recommend them and thankful I found them.

We experienced a water leak from the condo above us. High Tide did a wonderful job of coming quickly and measuring the amount of damage. They provided fast mitigation services: opening up the bathroom ceiling and small sections of walls, implementing fans and dehumidifiers. A small section of the adjacent closet floor had to be removed. Daily measurements for water content were done until all walls, floors, etc. were back to normal. The equipment was removed in a timely manner. Very good people work for High Tide and everyone we met were professional, pleasant and courteous. They will always be our first call for water damage!

Travis and Alberto came yesterday and shampooed my carpet and did a beautiful job. I have used High ride several times and have they always done a great job. These young young men were very courteous and answered my questions. The end result was a nice clean carpet! Won’t use anyone else.

The two technicians came by to clean carpets in 3 rooms and take away area rug for cleaning. They were very professional and courteous in their manner and did a very good job of cleaning the carpets, even with some tough stains.

For years High Tide has been our go to for carpet, floor and duct cleaning services. After a pipe recently burst in our home, soaking floors, subfloors, laundry room and kitchen, etc., I was a bit panicked and reached out to the owner who immediately responded to my SOS and directed me to Trixie to get the ball rolling. Within hours a High Tide remediation/mitigation team, headed by Jose, worked quickly to locate problem areas, carefully pack our belongings, remove stone, cabinets, drywall, flooring, etc. and efficiently treat moisture and mold. Jose was fantastic and kindly kept us fully informed, checking in and updating us on moisture levels and progress over the last week+. Today, I am happy to report that the final fans were removed !! From here we will be working with Chris, who after explaining the insurance and mitigation process, set realistic expectations so that our family is able to plan accordingly. Based on our experience to date we have chosen to stick with High Tide for repairs/renovations and trust they will have us back in our home as soon as possible!
