I had a flood from the drain hose of my washer coming out of the wall. My washer is on the second floor. Water went through the ceiling and down to the first floor. We were leaving to go on vacation the next day. Servpro showed up in 2 hours and assessed the situation. They were able to use fans to dry everything out. They put a lockbox in our door so they could come and check the progress while we were out of town. After we came back from vacation, our repairs began. Jim and Sheila were great. They told me exactly what they were going to do and did it in a timely manner. Jose painted the ceiling. Everything looks like nothing happened. I recommend Servpro Eastside if you are ever in need.

Woke up to a partially flooded basement Rec Room and called SERVPRO explaining my problem. Within 30-40 minutes Johnathan arrived to assess the damage. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, determining if there were any hidden issues. Johnathan removed the soaked padding and explained what we could do over the weekend to dry the carpet and to prevent mold and mildew. Once the carpet dried he sent Daniel back to replace the padding and reinstall the carpet. He was very meticulous and did a great job. Johnathan’s friendliness and expertise exceeded my expectations, and I could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend SERVPRO!

I received a reasonable estimate before work was started, which proved to be in line with what was actually required. With water damage you can’t be sure until some demo is done. Corey and Mason did the work in the estimated time, kept us updated, and were very respectful of us and our property.

Amber and the entire team did a fantastic job cleaning soot, smoke damage, cleaning carpets and preparing walls to be painted. Very dependable, always on time and went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased even with the smallest details. We will highly recommend SERVPRO.

We contacted SERVPro after installers did not install our washer correctly and caused water damage to our new home. Mia had her team out within hours and they checked on the areas daily until they were dry in order to do the repairs. I was concerned with my children being around when the reconstruction was occurring and Mia made sure her team was out there and it was done before we even moved in. This was all less than a week! We are so happy with their work and kindness throughout this situation. Thanks again!
