Would absolutely not recommend. “Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do” expectations were not exceeded like they strive for. The crew was kind BUT the owner David is not. He is arrogant and very VERY difficult to work with. He turns a stressful situation into an even more stressful situation. He is absolutely unprofessional, he talks over you, refuses to send requested information until he’s reminded who the customer is, and has the need to be right even when he’s wrong. He does not care what the customer is saying or if the customer is saying something was not correct he just wants to argue what the customer is saying. He doesn’t listen to comprehend or come to a solution of what the customer is saying he just wants to argue. He is very dismissive and extremely unethical in their billing practices. If you want a company that works with you and actually cares about what the customer has to say I would not recommend this company.

We had water damage from a roof leak. Rehab Restoration was out the same day and took care of it quickly. We were able to get the roof repaired and all is well. Thank you, Rehab Restoration, for your excellent service!

Mac and his team were the absolute best! Everyone from Rehab really knows how to make you feel at peace during a chaotic, unexpected situation. Mac was incredibly professional, kind, communicated everything clearly, provided updates every step of the way, and a meticulous note taker! I highly recommend the team!

Walked into my home after hiring a guy to paint and discovered my refrigerator had mistakenly been slid back too far and snapped our waterline nearly 18 hrs before. It was an absolute mess and so was I. I called around to a few places but there wasn’t a sense of urgency about the issue the way Rehab Restoration dealt with it. They were out within an hour and got right on it. They replaced the waterline, started removing wet material and got to drying out the area. After the drying process was complete a few days later, they came out to repair the area and did an amazing job. Everyone I dealt with there seemed to generally enjoy working there and gave me confidence that the repairs would be done right the first time. I don’t think I could have asked for a better experience. They were a calm presence in a very stressful time for me.

Our leak occurred December 31st, 2023, and the water remediation crew was able to arrive the following day to start remediation services. It took quite a while to dry out the bathroom, we had blowers and dehumidifiers running for well over a week in a small, closed off bathroom which seemed like an excessively long time. The real problem came when it was time to rebuild the bathroom. Once the drying equipment was removed it took over two weeks to get someone out to provide an estimate for the rebuild. It took another 3 weeks before we received the actual estimate, and despite my replying the same day the estimate was received to try to schedule the rebuild I have been waiting over 4 weeks for any response to my text, email and phone call. Still nothing from the contractor. I received a call and email March 1st requesting payment of the deductible that our insurance company applied to their payment. Today, 5 days later, I received a **second attempt** collection email asking for immediate payment. They are considerably more prompt in asking for money than they are in providing services it seems. I would not recommend this company, nor would USAA, my insurance company.
