Rainbow had to be called into my apartment twice within 10 days. Denzail was the first technician to come and he did a phenomenal job of getting all the water out. He then set up the equipment to dry out the area. He cleaned every spot and made sure he moved everything out of the closet area so I would not have to. So conscientious and concerned that all of my worries were taken care of. A few days after the initial leak another occurred only this time at 1 AM. The maintenance person contacted them again and they were at the apartment within 30 minutes. Daniel was the was the next representative to come. Again, extremely attentive, conscientious, and made sure that everything was set up to properly take care of all the water that had been in the apartment again. If anyone has any issues where there is water in their home or apartment and they need remediation I would strongly recommend Rainbow Restoration.

Daniel Pelts with Rainbow cleaned my carpet in four rooms and also the stairs. He done a great job! I had a couple of tough stains and he was able to remove them, Daniel is a hard working, well mannered young man. I was very pleased with his services. Thank you, Daniel

We discovered a water pipe burst at 4:45 AM and Rainbow was on site before 8:00 AM. Their thorough work and attention to detail were impressive, ensuring that every aspect of our water damage was addressed. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and friendly service.
