Troy did great work, he came in a timely manner and answered all our questions. Some stuff was a little sketchy with the billing but that doesn’t have to do with the work that was more back office which was resolved.

My wife and I just moved into our new house the very first night we had a flood upstairs. PuroClean was able to come out a few days later and the team they sent were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us out big time. Thank you Joshua and Robert for your excellent work.

Puro clean came to my house and did their work, but also stole $30 from the counter and let my dog out, and didn’t even try to contact me, found my dog running across the street by luck while driving home.

I wish zero stars was an option. I called this company because we had a pipe break just beneath the subfloor in our laundry room. The water ran into the underbelly of our manufactured home for a week before we discovered the problem. By that time we had a great deal of wet insulation, wet subfloor and wet flooring. They came out and removed the wet flooring and set up fans and a dehumidifier inside the house. When asked about what they were going to do under the house to get it dry, they said it was dry. When they returned several days later, I insisted that they check under the house. They cut out a large section of perfectly dry insulation from an unaffected area of the house, bagged it up and took pictures for the insurance company. Their own pictures prove that they took the insulation and placed the fans in the totally wrong area while leaving all the wet insulation intact. Bottom line is that they left that wet insulation under the house which obviously made the drying of the inside take forever… smart move when you charge by the day for the equipment. In the end, we had to pay someone else to remove the wet insulation. The insurance company sent out a competitor to recheck moisture levels and found out that the subfloor was still not dry. They had to set up fans and a dehumidifier. They also had to treat for mold/mildew due to the deception and incompetence of the PuroClean employees on this job. When this was brought to the attention of the owner, she was unwilling to do anything to make it right. Pathetic!!!!
