Servpro was very professional during our initial conversation. Following our conversation, I was sent an email saying that if they came out for a consultation and I chose not to go with them they would charge me 10% of whatever they were going to quote me……I have never heard of such a thing. Just be aware of that before considering them.

I ended up working with ServPro for water damage. Initially I was just going to use them for the mitigation portion, however, they were so integrated and organized that I had them complete the rest of the restoration. Curtis Sheetz was my GC and he was fantastic. Highly recommend. 10/10

This was truly the most horrible experiance I have ever gone through. ServePro came to our rescue. The flood that occured in our condo while we were out of town for 3 weeks was heart wrentching. ServePro came out to our home within 3 hours from calling them. They set up 18 fans and used squeegies to get water up. We had to go to a motel that first night. We did have a second home go to but needing to return to Fort Mill required us to get an AirBnB for a month. Again, ServePro facilitated that for us. Finally, we were able to have all of our furniture returned and ServePro was so prepared for this move that it serms like they do this all the time. They were more than Professional. The man whom you must give an extreme high five is Curtis Sheetz. It seemed as whenever I called him, he would always answer or send me a text saying in a meeting and will call back as soon as possible. Curtis and his team at Servpro have been fantastic to work with. After flooding occurred upstairs in our home, which leaked all the way down to basement level, we needed a lot of work done. Everyone who came out to fix the house was professional, punctual, and did a wonderful job. Our house looks good as new, if not better!

Curtis Sheetz, ServPro Construction Manager, has been our saving grace as he navigated us through water damage repairs and renovations. From beginning to end, Mr. Sheetz has been professional, proactive, up front with information, responsive to calls and texts, along with an excellent work ethnic. Curtis also worked with the insurance company to get this project approved and paid. Also our thanks and compliments to Jake and Hansel for a job well done as ServPro first responders.

Servpro was really great in mediating the water damage especially for a late Friday night. The crew in my house was respectful and communicative through the process. There was some issues with the Project Manager but after talking with the OPS manager they were able to clear things up.

Curtis and his team at Servpro have been nothing short of fantastic. We had a pipe leak, which flooded our first floor and caused an extensive amount of damage. Curtis was very professional and walked us thru the entire process from start to finish. He and his team at Servpro were very proactive and took care of everything from the mitigation/ rebuild to even the relocation (while our floors were being installed) I would without a doubt recommend Curtis and his team at Servpro Rock Hill to anyone needing any type of home repair.
