While they did a good job remediating mold in our home, they were also supposed to replace the fan in our bathroom to help ensure that the mold doesn’t come back in that room. That was in May, and now it’s October and we still don’t have a new fan. In addition we have tried many, many times to contact the company to ask about the fan, but they don’t answer the phone, call us back, or respond to emails.

Before we bought our home, we had an inspection done and found that the attic rafters had a fair amount of mold on them. When the results came back from the lab, we knew that with my wife’s breathing issues we would not be able to live in the house without it being remediated. Once I contacted Chance with Mastertech, I knew that we had found someone that truly understood what he was doing and why. I was impressed with is knowledge and professionalism. He set up an appointment with us, did his inspection confirming the mold problem, and provided us with a detailed explanation of what he and his company would do for us. Not only would they take care of the mold, they would also fix the lack of ventilation in the attic to prevent future problems. His crew arrived as promised, were very polite and professional and completed the work in the amount of time they promised for the amount they quoted. There were a few delays in getting the attic fan I wanted (solar/electric) because of manufacturing delays. Chance communicated with me about the delays and they got it done as soon as they got the fan from the manufacturer. We are very pleased with Mastertech and would recommend this company to anyone. I contacted MasterTech Environmental after a family emergency involving a highly distressed property with a horrible roach infestation. We needed everything to be removed from the fully-furnished condo, including wall-to-wall carpeting and plenty of heavy furniture. Austin was quick to respond to both texts and email and accommodating to our schedules and requests. He and his crew were able to get everything out and have the condo fully cleaned and sanitized in a week. They did an incredibly thorough job and saved me a lot of time and what was left of my sanity. My family and I are incredibly grateful for this service and I cannot recommend MasterTech Environmental enough!

I used MasterTech to come in and inspect my duplex for mold. I have had many breathing issues and just wanted to be sure I had no black mold in my home. Austin was professional, showed up exactly at the time scheduled and was very informative. The results were back the next day. I was emailed results in the form of a PDF file. I did have some difficulty interpreting the data (report) but other than that the entire process was smooth and it gave me what I needed and expected. Thank you Austin, I highly recommend you and your company!

We called Austin on Saturday of Fathers Day weekend when we found ourselves faced with an unexpected family emergency and the discovery of a distressed property. We were scrambling, trying to sort things out from out of state while arranging travel, and Austin was willing to take time out of Fathers Day with his family to come see the property and work up an estimate. He was prompt, accommodating, professional, and even made adjustments to their schedule to prioritize our job a few days earlier than anticipated. His team worked hard and worked fast and we’re invaluable in helping us get a tricky situation under control quickly.

Our home recently flooded with 8 inches of water throughout the home. Austin came highly recommended by a neighbor and we are happy we called him. Austin met with us the same day I called. He was very thorough, professional and answered all of our questions. He also recommended we have a storage unit placed on sight to store our belongings in while they renovated. He went above and beyond to take care in double checking with us on personal items that we may have overlooked in wanting thrown out. He and his crew were very knowledgeable in what needed to be torn out, mold remediation and the drying process. I would highly recommend Austin and his crew if you ever have the need.

I had a drain pipe from my clothes and dishwasher and sink and disposal. Large puddle of grease, water, and food wound up in crawl space. That would have been disgusting enough, but the cockroaches found the regularly stocked buffet and came by the thousands. Fog bombed the roaches so was left with an armageddon situation with the dead bodies. Grotesque. Only a qualified hazmat company with full ppe could even go near that. Got several quotes and I liked Mastertechs professionalism most, as icing on the cake they were also lowest price. I highly recommend them But like I told them, I hope to never see you again. Lol.
