We recently used Mold Solutions for our mold remediation, at our pond house. I have not been able to stay overnight in the house for over a year(before the remediation). Following the remediation process, which was very quick and efficient, I am now able to spend weekends there without any sort of allergy flair ups! We would highly recommend Mold Solutions, they have given us the freedom to enjoy our “home away from home” again! Thank you all so much!

I used ADS twice over the past decade, and I enjoyed the experiences so much that I now work for the company. I had a water incident at a rental property, and ADS handled the mitigation promptly and professionally. This was before they began handling restorations in-house in 2023, but they linked me to a very good subcontractor for repair. I then had a lightning incident several years ago, and ADS handled my insurance needs and paired me with quality subcontractors for electrical and appliance repairs.

ADS was the most supportive and efficient company that came to our rescue when our house flooded from a toilet leak. The mitigation was a smooth and quick process that dried up my house quick as to not grow mold. They walked us through the whole insurance process with grace and efficiency, letting me ask all the questions I needed to ask along the way. I would highly recommend this incredible company for a worry free experience! Gutting our house because of water damage was sad and scary and this company is supportive and understanding and really good at what they do!!!

We had a lightning strike that affected multiple areas of our home, both inside and outside (our pool). ADS responded immediately, helped us assess the damages, helped us with the insurance claim, and then referred us to the proper electrical technicians to conduct the repairs. They made the process easy on us, and all results were excellent!

having a second home is great, until your neighbor calls to tell you that you have an active water leak inside your home, and it’s only a few weeks before football season starts. Derek @ADS answered the after hours call, and responded immediately. They were prompt, prepared, thorough and communicated with us better than expected. They handled everything – every single thing – that we needed to address the water, coordinate with insurance, advise on how the processes would work, and handled each of the trades needed to complete the repair. And they did it within the time limit to get us ‘home’ before the first kickoff. They checked on the progress continuously, and always called to update me on their process. I don’t want another incident – but if it happens, ADS is the ONLY call we will have to make.

Thank you to Absolute Disaster Recovery Services for putting our home back together again after we experienced water damage. The mitigation team was awesome. Steve was great and easy to work with. Everyone on the team was professional and kept us informed every step of the way. ADS will be my go to if I ever need restoration services again, but I pray I won’t.

ADS did a great job with my home after a dishwasher leak in our kitchen. The water mitigation was fast, thorough and well done. ADS also completed the restoration work to include remodeling of our entire kitchen and downstairs flooring. Great people to work with, and I would recommend ADS to anyone!

ADS did an outstanding job on my home. 5000 square foot home, a sewage overflow due to builder error flooded my new home, causing major damage on two floors. They were professional, thoughtful in the way they handled my home and the repairs. I am so thankful they were there to help with the insurance claim, the mitigation, and the repairs.

Only because I can’t give a zero. Started at my house in August. Got back in 4 days before Christmas. Thank God my husband was a retired contractor. He did some of work himself and bought materials that they didn’t have. Crew acted as if they bought it they would not get reimbursed. We spent over 4 months in hotel. No Thanksgiving. Really trying time without family. We now have over 9000 I’m hotel expenses put of pocket. Bit so worried about the end check of 9000isj to get it. Tommy who worked for them if they really fired them was a piece of work if they knew they could not touch my home til end of November they should have said so. We could have stayed there with no kitchen or floor issues till they were ready to work on my home. Insurance paid for a month and then we were on our own. Thank the good Lord, we are home 4 days before Christmas is still sheetrock everywhere.
