Other companies sent out “technicians” who did not seem knowledgable. Seaside sent out John and his guys. Within a few minutes we knew they actually understood what they were doing, what to look for, and that we could trust them to dry out our house so it was safe to live in again.

I contacted seaside restoration when I thought I might have a mold problem. They were extremely knowledgeable, offered third party testing, and came out to look at the situation to see not only if mold was present but if it was what was actually causing the problem. When they came out to the property I was informed mold was not present. I was impressed by the knowledge of the process and the honesty. Knowing a company wants to help and not just do a job to do a job is important. Will contact with future needs.

Seaside undertook a major commercial office renovation following a fire loss. The company is very professional. They worked with my insurance company to ensure that all the needed work was covered. They completed the restoration and all inspections with the city and insurance company before getting my building back to me.

These guys are awesome! I own rental properties and had a tenant break the lease and decide to smoke in the unit. The scent was noticable as I started to show the property to rent once again. An interested party urged me to look into nicotine/smoke scent mitigation. There quote was very reasonable. They were very responsive, very quickly. Within one day the process to mitigate the odor had started. They kept me informed throughout the entire process . When they finished the scent was completely removed. They helped me arrange quotes to have a small piece of rug that remained in the unit replaced and hardwood installed. They also arranged a quote to paint the apt. I did not need to do this as there service took care of the problem completely. I’d recommend them to anyone needing any similar work done!

They were always professional , timely ,informative and always always responsive to questions and new developments.
