My husband and i ( the Salamas) just had serve pro over for the past week , and they did amazing. Matt was very very informative and very helpful and gave us such good info on what’s going on. Tyler was also great too and answered a lot of our questions !! The whole crew was more than helpful and did very good very clean work. We appreciate everything they had done for us.

One phone call early afternoon and a crew of 4 was on the problem within an hour. That was a Friday afternoon. They did the job, left fans and large dehumidifiers in place over the weekend, then removed them first thing Monday morning. Perfect, exactly was we wanted. Would highly recommend this crew.

From the start of the claim Blake sought to understand first to be sure we would be covered by issuance for the claim. As the project progressed, Matt did a great job explaining and getting approvals as the damage found increased. I was very happy with the work done.

I had water damage in my bathroom from my upstairs neighbor. I filed a claim through my insurance, and I contacted ServPro. ServPro was professional, on time and excellent service! Servpro is great to work with. I use them at my commercial building. Recently I had Tyler, Jeff and Evan out to do some water remediation. They were super professional and kept me in the loop the entire process.

Servpro of Pottstown/Souderton really came to the rescue fast when the pipe in my bathroom burst. First, they put me in touch with a great plumber to fix the source. Then they came out, assessed the damage, and worked with my insurance company to take the burden and worry off of me and my wife. Janet and Blake spearheaded the entire project with thoroughness, professionalism, and compassion. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
