Are these guys are really good they made my house smell good again it was easy to breathe it’s a little noisy but it’s worth it because they took the smell of the burning house out completely and made it snow fresh again like it was just painted and all the guys are nice that I met professional and very courteous I’d recommend them to anybody that needs your services use them they’re worth it

I had the unfortunate circumstance of sewage water backing into my home from a City Line that was clogged. I contacted the ServPro and two individuals responded the same day from the Erie office. They were Anthony Meredith and Kenn Beckwith. Anthony and Kenn were great, worked several hours to get my home in order and scheduled themselves to come back the following day. Early the following day I had the same problem and when they arrived they had to start all over again. Their attitudes were great, they were very professional and their knowledge of the business was off the “charts”. During the 4-day period that they were involved, I was able to communicate with them via cell phone after hours and that put my family and I at peace. In addition, two females responded to determine the items that had to be destroyed versus the items that I could keep. They were equally as knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. Also, very professional and great knowledge of the business. Their names are Ashley Cassel and Hanna Racine. I am so glad that I chose ServPro to handle this job for me. I feel very blessed to have gotten this team of people. Although I do not wish this fate upon anyone, I would be glad to refer a friend to ServPro. Major Smith

Over Easter weekend a pipe broke in my master bath and I gave Servepro a call and they came out immediately. Andrea and her team did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They were very Professional kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on and I truly appreciate everything they did for me thanks guys. You were wonderful.

For the mitigation portion I worked with Jeremy, Dakota and Bobby and their crew. Absolutely the BEST experience. Answered all questions. Did a FaceTime walk thru when I couldn’t be there. Just put me at ease and handled everything smoothly.
