Every person that came was so helpful, polite and respectful. Very professional. Explained everything. I would highly recommend them. They take care of everything so you don’t have to stress out with the insurance company. They even find you people to do the repairs if they don’t do a certain thing. I give them 10 out of 10. Very pleased with them.

The team at fast pro restoration is undefeated. They are extremely responsive and informative. They will guide you through the whole process and help with any insurance questions or uncertainties you may have. We had an issue with a water heater flood and pat at fast pro had a technician on site same day to help take care of the issue and inform us on how to move forward next. Their restoration work is beautiful, the techs are knowledgeable, professional , and courteous . I will continue to recommend them to anyone who may need their services!

Fast pro are great .I called they immediately came out to the house. The next day they came and removed debris that were damaged stripped floor out that was saturated with waste water.scrubbed and disinfected basement floor. Great job highly recommended for the Fast service. Fast pro took care of everything. The only thing I did is called insurance for a claim nursing

I wholeheartedly recommend FastPro for their exceptional service. The demo stemming from a corroded pipe proved challenging, as it was over a fireplace in our 100-year-old home. FastPro sent Zach, who possesses expertise not only in remediation but also in reconstruction, since the job required more specific know-how. Zach, and everyone at FastPro, was great to deal with. He took great care to minimize the dust and protect the wooden floors. Our plumbing situation kept getting worse, and we needed FastPro to come out a couple of times. We were happy with their work and team each time. Additionally, they know how to navigate the intricacies of insurance paperwork. Dylan initially came to scope out the work needed and documented thoroughly what needed to be done. The invoice was well itemized and included many photos. Just what you need to deal with insurance. Dealing with any remediation issue is stressful. Working with FastPro afforded us with some peace of mind at least.
