Henry is straight shooter / honest guy which is invaluable to a homeowner. I had leaks in a few different areas of my home. Henry assessed some photos and came out to my home to further assess. Fortunately, it seems like I do not have an issue and I sincerely appreciate Henry NOT trying to oversell me. Should I have encounter a prospective issue or know anyone that does – Henry is my guy.

For transparency: we did not go with Drydocs Restoration for our basement remediation, but only because we decided to do it ourselves. Otherwise we would have chosen Drydocs. Henry was super communicative from the start. He checked in the morning that he was scheduled to arrive, and also showed up on time for his appointment. Being from the same neighborhood as us, Henry knew the common issues that affects the houses in this neighborhood (and most likely most other homes in Philadelphia) and was diligent in his checks of the damage to our basement. He provided his findings as promised – in a super detailed report – and was ready to bring his team to our house same day in order to start the remediation process as soon as possible. He also recommended several plumbers in the area whom he works with on a regular basis. Our payout from our insurance company was not nearly enough to cover the costs that we need to repair our water damage, and so we decided to do the remediation ourselves. However, if we could afford to hire a remediation company to do the work, Drydocs would have been the company that we picked.

Henny and his guys were great. Louie Tommy and Jimmy came through and worked quickly, were respectful and did a great job taking care of the water damage we got. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Henry and Dry Docs have been absolutely amazing. Lou and Tommy were so great and friendly and the work was awesome, quick, and the highest quality. Henny made a stressful and unexpected situation feel manageable and Dry Docs has been with me every step of the way, including helping in dealing with insurance and referring me to great local plumbers and restoration. They are true pros and the best Philly has to offer – I’ve already recommended them to friends and family for any leaks and remediation. I can’t thank them enough for their great work, kindness, and expertise!!!

Great Experience. Unfortunately, we had a leak in our roof and had to deal with the water. Henry and His team were fantastic. They were efficient, professional and explained everything as they went forward. They put protective equipment up to protect the rest of the house. Highly Recommend DryDocs!!

Henry, Adam and the team were a port in the storm (literally) when we weren’t sure what to do. A backed up pipe and a basement flooding on one of the rainiest days of the year and they got here in record time (pretty sure Henry was at breakfast when I called and he still headed right over). Oh and it was a Saturday! They hooked us up with a great plumber who could stop the rushing water. Over the course of a week the basement was dry and sanitized. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was looking for a company because I had water in my basement so I did a search on a neighborhood site. Drydocs came up with neighbors saying how pleased they were with the service so I decided to try them out. HENNY Checked two properties for me. He did some troubleshooting for the water issues. It made sense especially because of previous issues. He didn’t charge a dime for his time and recommended a masonry guy for the work needed outside.
