Roger and his team are fantastic. They are very customer focused and attentive. Ali helped us coordinate everything and was also a pleasure to work with. We were really impressed with the expertise and efficiency too, not to mention very fair pricing. It is very refreshing to see a franchise being run so well. Roger and Ali were professional, honest, informative, and prompt. I had a mold problem in my basement. They were able to remove the moldy surfaces and thoroughly dry out the problem area. I am very pleased with the high level of customer service they provided. I would highly recommend their services.

These guys at PuroClean are FANTASTIC !! They were at my home with in 2hrs of my Phone call for a hot water heater that had leaked and Flooded my Finished basement. They went to work pulling all the carpet up removing doors that had gotten wet and removed the drywall that was wet, cleaned everything up and hauled it away. They are very nice, answered all my question that my wife & I had. Kept in touch with me almost everyday during the drying out process. I would highly recommend Roger & Ollie and the rest of his crew out of the Lancaster office for any emergency clean ups from water damage and or fire damage.. I really can’t say in writing how pleased we are for PuroClean and the Fantastic Work They Did!!!!!!!! George Hart

This Company, PuroClean, has been fantastic to work with to remediate a flooded basement. They will be also doing the Restoration phase on the same project. They are prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, thoughtful, and wonderful at explaining the project. I highly recommend this company. Photos show part of work being completed, from soggy carpet to drying process of finished basement!

I would highly recommend PuroClean of Lancaster for water damage and mold. Roger, Owner, was extremely kind and helpful, a man of integrity and honesty, who is interested in helping those who don’t know much about water damage and mold. He isn’t interested in ripping people off. His technician, Ali, was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. They were quick to respond to my call with a free consultation and offered the best solution to my issue at an affordable price! They offer plant based, no toxic products to prevent future mold growth.

Roger and his team are the absolute best. They did tobacco smoke removal from a home we purchased. It looks great, they are very thorough, professional and courteous. He explained everything that was done and they accommodated our schedule. They deserve more than 5 stars.
