This SERVPRO does not pay its vendors. I would not trust them to do any of your work. They ignore emails about invoices that are open and past due, so if you have a problem with your work with them, they will not respond to your inquiry. Do not use this company for your work

I had a sewage leak in the basement of one of my properties. Jaden Greenawalt came in from Servpro and did an amazing job getting everything cleaned up. Jaden took the time to ensure the basement was completely cleaned and he kept the rest of the home clean while entering and exiting. I greatly appreciate your service. I highly recommend contacting Servpro for professional cleaning services.

John Derk and Shannon were the ones who came to do the demo and deconanation of my kitchen. They were very conscience of my needs Very professional courtious and knowledgable of the job they had to do. Explained the steps they would be taken to complete the the job at hand.And Ben at the office was super helpful at anytilme I a question concerning what was to be done .Overall making a very unplesant experencs of my problem into an easy cottective experencs.

The 5 stars that I’m assigning to this review is for a specific employee, John Tinger. To say he was helpful, thorough, compassionate, kind & just overall professional would be a major understatement. My home sustained massive sewer flooding & destroyed everything in our basement, which is our family room. Needless to say, this is an absolutely horrible situation for anyone to find themselves in & to add insult to injury, nobody wants to accept responsibility to help us recover all that we’ve lost–not our home owners insurance company, Erie, or the township in which we live in. It was maintenance neglect on the main sewer line that caused the massive, disgusting flooding in my home. Servpro sent employees to our home, which is where John Tinger comes onto the scene. He was a breath a fresh air right from the onset because he was the first person who had our homes best interests in mind. He wanted to help; he wanted to make things better as much as was within his power & control. He should really have his own business because with his great work ethic, care & compassion for the customers, he would become widely known very quickly. Most, if not all, business owners exploit the plight of customers to rake in as much money as possible without any care or concern of what the homeowners are going through as it is. I realize businesses need to make money, but to take advantage of people who are already reeling from a disaster, is shameful. I can honestly say if John owned his own restoration business, he would operate with integrity, respect & fairness to his customers. Thank you John. You may not have been able to make this all go away, but I think IF you could, you would have. Many blessings to you.

Would not recommend. Services are very expensive and it took over 4 months to get the billing resolved as they kept trying to charge for services they did not complete.

Do NOT use this company. We were charged over $10,000 for a handful of fans and dehumidifiers that we could have purchased from a hardware store ourselves. The emergency team didn’t even clear a inch of water; our plumbers pump did. It was over Christmas and since they didn’t have anyone to come grab their equipment it was left sitting in our house for a week while we continued to get charged. Once our insurance negotiated and settled with them, they still charged us $2500 which was equal to our deductible that was “supposed” to be negotiated. We continue to get calls months later about a balance due. I repeat…Do not use ServPro. Get some buckets and fans yourself.

I cannot comment on work quality or how great workers are because none have shown up yet. We started this process months ago and other than my first contact with an estimator who was out right away and worked with my schedule, all other contact with this company has been frustrating. We were assigned a project manager who was unprepared for our first meeting, he came with 1 flooring sample. He is hard to get a hold of, slow to respond. I usually have to contact my insurance company and they reach out and then he calls. They were supposed to start work today, husband worked from home to be there and they didn’t show. Project manager didn’t call, he responded only after I texted him asking for a time. Completely unprofessional. I work in client services and I’d get fired for this kind of client service.
