Called them for an issue with some water in the basement. Dan and his crew came out the next day, and were very thorough, professional, and informative. They did a nice job of dealing with the water damage, and talked me through all the steps they were taking as well as recommended steps going forward.

I called County Action Restoration because of a musty smell in one of our bedrooms. Mike showed up to do a moisture test to determine if there was possible mold lurking. Mike tested multiple areas inside and outside of our house. He even ran the shower for a good 5-10 minutes to test the bathtub access panel for moisture. Thankfully, there was no reading. Mike walked me through his work over the phone and explained everything thoroughly. He did not try to sell me on anything extra that was not needed. If the musty smell persists or gets worse, we will 100% call County Action Restoration!

CAR did the reconstruction work in our basement after water damage. The guys that installed and painted the new baseboards were courteous and did a great job. But I can’t award more than 2 stars because (1) the guy they used to install the carpet was disorganized and dragged his feet and (2) a CAR employee showed up at our house 2 days after the carpet was installed, without permission and he walked all over the carpet in his boots. I told the owner and he chuckled. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

The staff at County Action went above and beyond to ease my stress during my time of need. Dave was efficient and polite answering all of my questions and doing the best he could possible in setting up the equipment in a way that wouldn’t interfere with everyday interaction. When they made the repairs everything went smoothly and when they left they made sure the house was clean. I even decided to used them again to clean my carpets and my sofa. They’re like a one stop shop! I highly recommend County Action.

Steve, Dave, and the rest of the crew came back out to my house to remediate an issue in my attic under my roof. They spent four long, hot days vacuuming out all the old insulation, cleaning everything under the roof, including in tiny crawlspaces, and placing new insulation. In the meantime, they found and remedied some water damage/mold, which I am grateful for. They really went above and beyond, and their work ethic and professionalism are outstanding and it means a lot that they’ve helped me keep my house and family safe. If I ever have any sort of issue in the future, County will be my first call.

I am very pleased with the positive experience and great service that County Action provided, which began from the person that answered my initial call, the technician’s explanation of the steps in the claim process and the mediation work performed at my home. I had initially contacted Servpro for this work and was disappointed with their approach and manner. I highly recommend County Action Restoration!!

My neighbor above me had a leak that had damaged my ceiling. Alex and Shawn were so helpful and professional. They address the problem right away on a Saturday. I would definitely use them again.
