We experienced water damage in our home and called Citiline for Mitigation and Clean Up. They had technicians in our home within 4 hours and damaged rooms assessed and drying out by the end of their visit. We were pleasantly surprised when we learned they also could complete the entire restoration / reconstruction. We considered our options but by the time they had left on day one and we saw the workmanship, attention to detail and condition of the home (without knowing we wanted to remain in our home during the rebuild) – We KNEW Citiline was who we wanted for our project. Each workday concluded with full cleaning of every area affected by the work. They helped us make informed / thoughtful decisions about the reconstruction that allowed us to remain in our home and look forward to many more happy safe years there. The Team leadership, communication and project coordination with Dana was outstanding, Lead Carpenter Ed was eager to put our home back together – in some ways better than it had been built and the crews from movers, electricians, laborers, drywallers and finishing – were so pleasant, respectful and attentive. Russell was the crew leader we saw most days and his honesty and work ethic were outstanding! The laborers were all highly careful with our possessions and worked diligently each day – completing our project in 8 weeks from disaster to repaired. Ahead of our expectations! Everyone was so kind to our senior Dog who had no choice but to watch the work from a safe distance. We think the dog misses the company and sweet attention they paid to her every day! I hope you never have to experience fire or water damage to your home, but if it happens – I know you will be in GREAT hands with Citiline. We are so pleased with the results.

I own BlackGlass Window Tinting + More and have been working with Tom and his crew for over a year to outfit their fleet. All of their vehicles are kept in pristine condition both inside and out which shows the level of pride they take in their business. Highly recommend!

Our neighbor had a fire and it carried over to our house and that night Cityline was there for us boarding up the windows that had been blown out from the fire. They took care of everything from that point on and worked closely with our insurance company. They made a very stressful situation much more bearable. All of their people were very professional and great at what they do from the managers to the laborers. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My fiance had a house fire that had extensive damage to all floors and contents. The guys from cityline were there from start to finish. The whole staff from Tom the owner to Dana in the office to all the workers at cityline are very professional and quick to respond to any questions. We liked the home before this unfortunate situation happened but the finished product is overwhelmingly gorgeous we can’t complain about a single thing. Our recommendations of this company go without say. Two thumbs up CITYLINE.

We unfortunately had a house fire that caused extensive smoke and water damage in January of this year. The house was unlivable and we felt completely displaced. A family friend recommended Cityline and we couldn’t be happier with our choice to use them. Their team helped us through every step of the process. Starting with getting us resettled in a temporary house after the fire. They then began working directly with my insurance with their own estimates for the repairs. It was extremely helpful to have the Cityline team drive the insurance process which can be a bit confusing at times. This is where the experience of Cityline is really shown. When it came to repairing our home, I was really impressed by the quality of work. Cityline worked with us on every request we had to make our house feel like home again. The team of workers and subcontractors were all very professional and worked hard to get us back in as quick as possible. I highly recommend using Cityline.
