Victor and Isaiah did a good job dehumidifying our basement after it flooded. They were quick to the site and very nice and professional throughout the whole process. The job was done and the water was cleaned up but they didn’t put anything back together. They said that there’s another team that comes in to do that, which is another charge… When we got the bill Servpro charged us $3,700 for 2 hours of hands on work and the rest was for their fans to run on my electricity. Part of the invoice was charged out at “after hours rate”… when they were done by 5:30 pm. I even asked Servpro how much their “after hours” hourly rate is and I elected to wait until business hours to use their services. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this company.

Macie out of the West Salem branch was amazing! Very prompt and helpful through all steps of getting my house inspected for water damage. Always kept me up to date and checked in to see if there was anything else i needed help with or any questions i needed answered.

Jaiden and Ray came in got right to work. They helped move my refrigerator even though it was quite difficult and all the refrigerator doors needed to come off along with a house door and getting the refrigerator doors back on correctly was a little bit tricky. Jaiden made sure that before he left, everything was done to my liking, and that I was happy I appreciate that very much, and would welcome them back to do Work again thank you ! Jaiden and Ray

We had a water leak and comacted Servpro. They were very quick to respond, assessed the damage, Sid started the mitigation process immediately. Every person we dealt with was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Matthew was responsible for addressing the moisture content so made numerous visits to get the room to fully dry. He showed when he said he would, and called prior to coming. Matthew was very helpful throughout this process. The project manager, Corbin, contacted us numerous time to make sure all was moving forward to our satisfaction. We highly re Servpro.

From my first call about my dishwasher leak, everyone at SERVPRO has been professional, empathetic, and made this so easy on me. My remediation team (Dave, Ray, Jaiden and Euclid) were SO friendly, super hard-working and efficient. If your kitchen’s got to be torn apart, this is the team you want on it!
