I would give this company 10 stars if I could for the following reasons: 1) Always on time and always texted when they were on their way 2) Respectful, attentive and very professional 3) Excellent work with careful attention to detail 4) They were great with my dogs (should that have been number 1) ?!! I had a leak in my kitchen so I called Rogue Restoration Pros, and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Helped out with the insurance portion, and helped save my wood floor. Great communication as well. Will definitely use them again if I have any other issues. Thanks again.

We’ve had a great experience with Mark and his team. This was our first time dealing with water damage. The damage was pretty extensive. A cracked housing on the under-sink water filter flooded our kitchen with 1.5 inches of water overnight and the water migrated under walls and flooring into other areas of our home (even through the subfloor). I orginally called one of the big name companies for an assesment/estimate and honestly have nothing bad to say about them. I just got a better impression from RRP. They were a little less agressive with their initial assesment of what was needed (the other company wanted to start with flood cutting walls and ripping out the hardwood flooring). Unfortunately, the hardwood didn’t end up being salvagable but I’m glad they tried. The walls dried out fine and didn’t need to be flood cut. Mark did a great job of explaining the process and options, I liked that he was going to be my point of contact throughout the process (both parts – water mitigation and the rebuild portion). He checked-in regularly and kept me updated (even just to tell me they were still waiting to hear back – it’s a bit of a process when insurance is involved). He went to bat for us with the insurance adjuster, who was proposing waiting 6 months to see if the floors would flatten back out and could be refinished, when it was obvious they couldn’t be saved. I can’t say I cared about pricing since it was going through insurance but their final invoice (for mitigation) ended up being almost 4k less than the estimate I got from the other company. I also really liked the fact that they are owned by a local, well rated, construction company who does higher end homes. Knowing they had relationships with trades people that did quality work was comforting. I would definitely recommend Rogue Restoration Pros!
