Proclean responded quickly to our water leak emergency. They did take about 5 days work to finish the job including removing the 2 rooms worth of drywall however, we are 2 hours one way from there base. I would say 4.5 stars of 5. I would use them again.

My sewer leaked and needed to be cleaned so the plumber can make repair. PuroClean came out and gave me an affordable estimate I couldn’t refuse. All in less than a weeks time.

Everyone on the PuroClean team has so been helpful, respectful, and thorough in helping us deal with mold remediation. They answered all of our questions, were so happy to teach us about the situation, and gave us recommendations for people to contact to help deal with elements that are out of their scope of work. The PuroClean team listened closely to all of our concerns, and made sure to remove all the molded areas, and cleaned up afterwards so nicely, you would not have been able to tell that they were there if not for the lack of mold! I specifically said I wanted all of the molded material cut out as we have multiple asthmatic people in our house, and they were completely on board and made sure everything was gone. During the work, no one had an asthma flare up despite the mold being disturbed as they did such a good job with containment, filtering the air, and clean up! They didn’t even leave drywall dust on the baseboards! And all of our cats liked them, so if that’s not enough to recommend them, I don’t know what would be! I have never been so happy and confident in the work being done in my house before, and I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

After my partners dad had a stroke, PuroClean was so kind and helpful. They quickly responded to our emails and were very transparent. They took care of a mess that would have been hard on my partner to handle as a son. We are very thankful that they eased a lot of our stress from moving my father in law out of his apartment. Called for a quote for cleaning my home’s crawl space since I realized one of the entry points was exposed. Mo came out and gave me an honest opinion that a cleanout is not necessary at this time. I very much appreciate the integrity and will be coming back to the company with any future water or fire damage needs.

They provided excellent response (called back within a few hours after waiting for a national company to respond for a week) and incredible service after a small fire in the attic. The work done was very good and they went above and beyond what was needed. Great communication and very friendly. I would recommend PuroClean to anyone.

Puroclean did a great job removing the mold caused by a recent ice storm pipe burst. Impressed with the respectful service and diligence in removing hidden mold under floor, baseboard and drywall.

I was panicking when dealing with damage from cigarettes in my studio apartment. Nothing I was trying worked and I needed to make sure it was clean for the next person to move in. Mo Brooks and his team worked hard on the place for hours, using a couple of giant machines to further take the smell away afterwards. Like magic, the terrible smell is gone. There is no way I could have done this myself, and I’m so happy and relieved that the mess is over! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone experiencing the horrors of cigarette smoke damage.
