almost 5 gallons of water got spilled from a broken jug from our water service. What’s the big deal? we are an upstairs office with carpet! Immediately knew ServiceMaster would have our back. That day we learned how the big flood vacuum worked. It worked well! 2 days later things were checked again by ServiceMaster, to make sure we were good to go. Saved us so much stress and now the carpet is super clean and no further damage. Washed our water woes away! Thank you ServiceMaster!!!

Doug with Service Masters did an outstanding job with our unexpected tub leak through the ceiling. He is definitely the go to guy to help when a disaster strikes! He not only helped me find a great plumber and contractor he also took care of my insurance adjuster when he needed more information. He truly made the process less stressful. I will use them again if ever needed and I will highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Great company! Should really be called Customer Service Master because customer service is what they provide.
