I needed emergency mold removal and they were able to provide just that. within the first call, they were able to get a team out within 1 hour. In a very panicky situation they were able to put my mind at ease! I also live in an HOA where the mold was within a shared space, so the HOA should be covering the cost, however if you know anything about HOA’s, they complicate things. Robert was able to offer me great advice for dealing with them. And they put together a very thorough documentation package for the HOA to review with their findings. 10/10 experience!

We received top-notch service from PNW Restoration on our attic mold remediation job. We were working on a very short timeline and they made sure we were taken care of. Robert was very friendly, helpful, and responsive with scheduling the appointment and Juan and his team did a fantastic job removing the mold and making the boards look like new wood. Highest recommendation.

Beware of this company. Seems to me it’s a scam. They took my contract after I contact them for water restoration. Then they came to my house, left couple of fan and dehumidifier on for over 2 weeks. I have been contacting them several time but no luck. They are not taking their fan and dehumidifiers out for over two weeks now and never came to check whether the issues was resolved or not.

A fire sprinkler head burst in the office i manage during the record heat wave of ’23. Jaime and Rick answered my frantic after hours phone call and showed up like HEROS. They had already put in a full 12 hour day at another job and without question or hesitation they jumped into my flood. Jaime walked me through all the aspects of dealing with the water and getting the place dry before mold took over. The entire crew worked really hard to complete the unit to almost fully new . The entire team was always fun to be around in what was a very stressful time. Jaime, Rick, Juan, Ang, Jordan are top notch professionals. Boss Man Robert was always easy to reach and highly communicative

When our kitchen recently flooded due to a poorly tightened water connection in our refrigerator, my husband and I were in a bit of a panic. We called our insurance company who was unable to provide us with a contractor recommendation, so we googled “water mitigation” and Pacific NW Restoration happened to be the first company with five-star customer rating listed. We called them, described the issue, and like an angel from the heavens, a team arrived at our home about an hour later (on a Saturday!). They brought with them all the necessary equipment, people, and skills to promptly halt the damage and begin the removal of unrepairable structures. James, the team lead, and his team came by the house daily to see how things were progressing and to intervene quickly as our needs pivoted. Robert, the owner/operator, was in close contact with my husband and I to brief us on progress and next steps. We now understand all the positive reviews; we’d be happy to recommend Pacific NW Restoration to anyone!

Inspection on the house showed mold in the attic and we were on a tight schedule. I called pacific nw restoration and they were able to come by the next morning to bid and begin work. The guys who showed up were respectful, knowledgeable and friendly, got the job done on time so we could close and did a phenomenal job. Would highly recommend.

Completely satisfied with all the work performed professionally & efficiently by Rick and James from Pacific NW Restoration. The entire 1st floor of my home was demoed (carpet, vinyl, tile, wood floor), plywood underlayment was laid, and then our hardwood floor installed. In the laundry room they replaced damaged sheet-rock, taped, mudded & textured. Extremely happy! Excellent work! Before & After of pool room.
