Would leave 0 stars if I could. Purchased a Groupon for $39, they said they changed the prices and to get the deal we’d have to pay $40 more dollars to them because Groupon didn’t update the price for them. Horrible customer service in my opinion. They should honor the Groupon price listed if it was purchased before they deleted the listing.

I ran Tax Credit/Hud Properties for over 20 years, have used DMI over 10 of those years on every disaster you can imagine. Mold mediation/fire damage/tear gas removal/carpet cleaning. It does not matter if your belongings are worth $1,000,000.00 or $1 they treat the customer with respect and help each individual as if they were their only customer. They are the only company I have met who thinks of the clients safety first and refuses to cut corners to safe money if it does not benefit the customer. I highly recommend this company I have seen them take a pile of “oh no” and turn it into “OH MY” again.

Very professional company. I’ve used them since 2019. They were able to clean all the pet stains on the carpet and made my carpet look great! I feel they give quality service at a great price and I plan to keep using them regularly.
