In the onset of major water damage in our home, we were lost as to what steps needed to take place to complete restoration. Steve and his team at All American not only restored our home in a way that added value and more beauty, his guidance through the insurance minutia was very helpful. Joe Castillo worked diligently and to tile our home. His meticulous nature and hard work provided us an amazing new floor. We highly recommend All American.

My home was damaged back in June. They responded quickly to remove the water and everything destroyed. Once I finally got a new roof Steve and his crew returned to put the inside back together. They did a fantastic job. It looks better than before the storm. I would definitely recommend this business.

The owner came out personally to assess the potential water leak source and affected carpet. He was extremely professional with checking for moisture in the carpet, the water meter for readings, and pulling back the carpet to assess the padding underneath. He discussed the cost of carpet cleaning, which is reasonably priced, and it was an all around great experience. It helped calm my initial panic, which I cannot be more appreciative of! I would highly recommend this business if you have any wet carpets and a mysterious leak source!

They came out the same day when I called and got the water from my flooding damage vacuumed up and pulled all padding and set up fans. Few days later they replaced the carpet padding with all new padding. All staff including the owner were super friendly and helpful. My carpets look great , can’t even tell they were damaged by the flooding. 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend.
