I used 24/7 in 2019 to repair water damage from an upstairs bathroom leak 2 days before Christmas. 30% of my wood floors downstairs had to removed along with entire kitchen, nearly all carpet upstairs and the bathroom had to be remodeled. Will and Charlie were quick to respond, their crew had the demo done and cleaned up on Christmas Eve while we were out of town for the day. They operate with honesty, integrity, and transparency.

We had a huge water leak and 24/7 did an amazing job at the cleanup and restoration. Easy to work with, very professional, and all of their work was of superb quality. The place looks better than it did before the leak! Would HIGHLY recommend.

The team at 24/7 has been very responsive any time I have reached out to them and I have even recommended them to friends. Their team is on time, professional and friendly. They keep to their name sake and answer their phone 24/7 and the owner is always available to talk with if you need to reach out to him directly.

Have been unable to get them to even start my repair from leak damage that occurred in May of 2020. My house remains in a damaged and unrepaired state, and when I do get communication, it’s that they’re backed up because of Covid. Meanwhile they’re supposed to be getting subcontractors out to start. A month of waiting and nothing. That’s where I’m at in this process currently. No communication, including an ETA or any updates. Every point in communication has taken me following up again and again until I get contact. Usually takes a week or two. And that’s a includes ommunicating with the president. Very unprofessional and not customer oriented. I’m confused how they’re even in business if this is typical. I’ve been extremely patient, so my advice is do not waste your time this company.

They are very dishonest untrustworthy theyDon’t pay their contractors they don’t care much about their work and they use contract laborers that should be employees by the code of the IRS

Were able to come out quickly and basically did all the work with my insurance so I only had to communicate with one person. Definitely recommend them!
