We’ve been having trouble with one of our rooms taking in water damage from the roof for months. The rental property (2816 Land Run Rd, Moore, OK) has been using different companies and none of them have came with this much professionalism and these guys did a wonderful job sealing, ventilating, and explaining what was going on during the process. Recommend the demolition/cleanup team from ServPro. They even showed up on time. Which is sadly the experience we’ve had in the past.

On June 19, 2024 I had a 5 plus room carpet cleaning done at 2713 Kenwood, Ct., Edmond, OK. Your employees Abdul and Carlos arrived after 5 pm, due to (obviously) their thorough completion of their previous job. They worked until about 9 to do my cleaning. This post is to compliment them on their professional competence in doing a really good job, despite the fact that they had started work at 7 am, and even more, their excellent handling of the business aspects of the job. On arrival they were friendly, and focused entirely on my job. They very thoroughly and very positively explained what they could do, when asked, for the minimum expense. Then, without any hint of sales pressure, they volunteered the extras and special features and how that would work, and the costs. They were very positive and did not even hint at “trying to sell me” on extras. They seemed proud of their ability to do a good job and of the extras they could provide. Then, they did a great job. These are EXACTLY the type of employees everybody hopes to meet, and you should be proud of their really good service. Let them know of this review, and give them raises!. Thanks, Jon Reiff

The ServPro mitigation crew was at my door two hours after I filed a water damage report with my insurer Chubb at 3:00 AM. They were hard at work for the next several days removing the damaged dry walls, moldings, baseboards and wood flooring, and setting up the necessary equipment throughout to dry the wet areas. These were very punctual, polite, and professional guys and I recommend them highly.

Amazing amazing team!!! My whole entire downstairs house flooded while my husband is out of the country. Servpro got there within hours as an emergency call and cleaned everything the first day. They left after working for over 4 hours and placing 48 fans and humidifiers all over the first floor. Then they came every day consecutively to make sure everything look okay. All these gentlemen were very very mannered and respectful and very good at what they do for their work. I wanted to give them recognition for everything they have done and I’m truly freaky greatful for this whole entire team!! Chase, Trey, Calvin, and Darren are very hard working men and are excellent at their job! They made sure everything was safe and clean for my dog to be able to be alone. Chase and Trey came again today and worked for 5 hours non stop. They found mold in certain areas which they also made sure to wipe off to make sure no harm was done. They would give me a rundown on everything to make sure I was comfortable. They also cleansed and vaccumed everything before leaving so that I was relaxed. Chase and Calvin always addressed me as “ma’am” with anything they did! Ryan was the main guy who was also very helpful and responsive and would respond back to text messages with any questions I had! I’m so so impressed and would highly recommend them especially after going through this on my own.

Greg came out to view the remediation that I needed at my house. He was very professional and is a good communicator. He also completed the estimate for the job in a timely manner.
