We had a huge water surge from flash flooding that resulted in 2 inches of water across our entire basement. CPL came over immediately (on a holiday) and vacuumed up the water and got everything dried out overnight so mold wouldn’t set in. Highly highly recommend! They will take good care of you!

We are selling our house and the inspector found mold in our attic that became a contingency remediation to the sale. Clear Path Remediation inspected it, gave its a quote for remediation that was very reasonable, and promptly resolved the issue for us. They cleaned the mold, sprayed our attic, and removed some of the excess insulation from the soffits. Their professionalism and attention to detail and quality of service was remarkable. I recommend them completely without reservation for any such projects of that nature.

Clear Path Restoration, Austin and Mike are very professional, knowledgeable and respectful! I called at 10:30 am and explained our situation. By 12:30 Austin and Mike arrive, explained their process, began working and were completed with fans and dehumidifiers running by 4:00pm. Their responsiveness was beyond reproach and work ethic second to none. I highly recommend Clear Path Restoration and would like to thank them for all they did.

We sold our house and needed to get our problem solved quickly! We were referred to Clear Path and they helped us do just that! They came out the same week I called, gave me an estimate (which was free by the way! Most companies charge for them to come out and provide an estimate), and scheduled the job for a time that fit in with my schedule! Austin and Mike came out for the job and they were extremely professional, nice, and thorough! My crawlspace looks so amazing and ready for the new owners! I noticed my ceiling started leaking, called a local roofer who said nothing was wrong, a few months later still leaking & the crack was getting bigger & another company came out & assessed but never got back to me. THANKFULLY I found Clear Path Remediation & Restoration! I reached out to them & they were able to come out & assess the situation right away & get me on the process of fixing my ceiling leak! They have been very professional, trustworthy & honest the whole process! HIGHLY recommend!
