Restore staff were at our house within one hour of my call. We had two inches of water in the basement due to a failed sump pump. It had been there over a week. ( vacation house) I’ve never seen a group work so fast and so efficiently. They are so respectful of our house, us, and its contents and were able to provide vendors to use for the finishing work. Hope a flooded basement never happens to anyone but DO NOT HESITATE to hire this wonderful company. I would give them 100 “stars” if I could! Catawba, OH

If you want friendly professional service call Brian at Restorepro Sandusky! We could not have had a better experience starting with our first meeting with Brian to the completion of the job. The Restorepro technicians, Brayden and Jacob, were great. We had several boats’ carpets cleaned and they treated the job with kid gloves. They went above and beyond. Started this process in April. One visit from Hunter and a few follow up emails with no further communication. They would have a representative call occasionally to see how things were going and offer to have someone contact me that day. It never happened. I am so disappointed in the lack of service from this company.

A water pipe broke at 2:00 in the morning, causing significant damage in my house, and Chris answered immediately when we called. They were out pretty fast and started working immediately. They were very friendly and attentive. I would recommend them fully to anyone experiencing any kind of damage.

RestorePro as a business, and Brian Schwab in particular are awesome to work with. It is a shame I can only rate 5-stars, I’d give 10 if it was allowed. They worked with me quickly, efficiently, and with understanding of my needs. I would highly recommend!
