Blake and the Restoration Ohio – Newark team are great! Professional, punctual, reliable, friendly, and they know their stuff. They tested our air quality, cleaned our air ducts and dryer ducts, provided us an air scrubber during renovations, and their work has made a big difference in our air quality. Had a free review and estimation done through Restoration Ohio today after uncovering some unexpected mold during a basement renovation. Easy and quick to schedule, here the next day to review our issues and a bid the same afternoon! Couldn’t have been easier plus they’re running great “spring cleaning” add ons for free to the work we need to have done. Would recommend to all our friends!

After a week of fighting our insurance and their contractor about cleaning up a water/mold issue, I reached out to several local companies to see if I could find someone else to help. When you call Restoration Ohio you may first get an answering service which I admit, threw me off. It is legit. Leave your information with them to get moving. Blake from RO called us back within an hour and stated he could come out 2 days later. He was on time, no nonsense and while the insurance contractor had told us he would need to demo half of our kitchen, Blake assured us that they could remove all mold with minimal damage to walls and no cabinet removal. They happened to have a slot open the next day so less than 24 hours later, two of their guys showed up. They were on time, polite, and efficient. Restoration Ohio’s price was a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge us. I will not hesitate to use them again and will absolutely recommend them.

This team is super efficient. The techs that came to my home were very respectful and clean. Some people think air duct cleaning is a scam but I had 3 poubds of dry dog food in my return as well as legos and a whole air freshner in my output duct from previous owners. I chose to do it out of necessity as my air smelled really bad (from dog food). Highly recommend this company. Blake and Michael set everything up and had great communication even after the actual cleaning.
