Sierra came out with her team and did an excellent job with damage removal from a sewer backup. They worked very quickly to limit the time until we could start repairs/restoration. Very professional bunch and were happy to answer questions/concerns that I had.

I can’t say enough about the efficiency, professionalism, and hard work of John and Ryan from Servpro Middletown. I had a large basement water leak, and they were sent to evaluate and mitigate the damage. Karla in the office scheduled the visit quickly and efficiently, and the John and Ryan came early and worked late to get the basement dried out. They kept me informed all along the way and they explained what and why they were doing what needed to be done to keep us safe. I highly recommend them and the Middletown office for your needs. 5 stars +!

Ryan and Trent were really great to work with! They were thorough and explained everything. They were knowledgeable and made sure to protect the parts of our home they were working in. They were also always within the time frame they said they would be! I highly recommend them!

Liz and Tara were the most remarkable workers I could have had to put all of my “stuff” away. It was an enormous job and I believe they did the work of 4 workers. Just amazing how they helped to put my belongings were they went. Liz and Tara were the very best I could be blessed with on this job.
