Clyde and Tiffany did a perfect job fixing up our drywall and rotting wood from a leak in our garage attic. If I could rate them higher I would, they even saw my work bench was missing a leg and he took the extra time and to cut and add a new one for me!

The guys from Pura were the best ever. I fit got over heated and unplugged the machines. It turned it it was still wet in my bedroom. They were very nice in keeping the machines on to dry in the bedroom. They were professional and fabulous. Degree. Jerome. And I’m sorry the new guy. Were awesome. Best ever.

This company totally made my restoration experience a nightmare.In November my hot water tank sprung a leak leaving 2 inches of water in my bedroom.They came promptly and cleaned it up, dried it up after that it became a nightmare! Weeks would go by with no progress.I had bare subfloors and my house was turned upside down.I will save all the details but trust me they let me down in my time of need and here it is coming up on June and it still has not been completed.I was pasted from contractor to contractor of which ghosted me on several occasionsI was given one night notice to put all my stuff away.Im on disability and I had to do this by myself. I still have not been able to bring it all back in off my porch because they never came back!! I was told on several occasions that I lived too far but that was never mentioned by the office itself only by the contractor’s.I truly believe one of the reasons is because I live in a mobile home,I pay my ho.e owners insurance just like everybody else!They also didn’t know what the other person was doing communication with me was terrible! I could not communicate with the majority of the contractor’s.They left me with a broken window also of which I will not be able to replace due to the fact I’m on disability! I will be moving on with another contractor! This is a ridiculous amount of time…BEWARE!!!

PuroClean was extremely helpful with handling my situation after a water leak caused significant damage in my home. Andy and Nick were very responsive in getting the remediation done and ensuring everything dried out properly. The crew that packed up and returned my belongings, Chelsea, Naomi, Deji, and Jermaine, were efficient and careful with everything. All the boxes were labeled with the room they came from which makes unpacking much easier for me.
