I was given the suggestion by my insurance agent to call Travis, Project Manager, at Platinum Restoration and boy am I glad I did! From the beginning of our experience to the final completion of the work needed, I am very satisfied. I appreciate the communication from Joe, Superintendent, regarding the job. Nick & Josh who came to my house with Joe did outstanding work and the area was cleaned up….you never would have known about the work they did! Thank you for everything.

Now go forward to our retirement and we were in a position to have repairs done to the roof and siding on our personal dwelling. Nick and Josh were assigned by Platinum to do the siding repair and arrived at the appointed time. They did an outstanding job while respecting our time and property. Platinum remains a reliable choice for anyone needing assistance with repairs or restorations.

I had part of a tree come down on my garage in January. I called my insurance company, and they recommended platinum restoration. My gutter came down, and my siding on the front and side was ripped off. Part of the tree came through my roof. We decided to have this company fix our garage and also replace our entry doors and screen doors to our home. Josh, Bert, Henry, Nick, and Christian all came out to our home to get all this work done. All these men were AMAZING and extremely professional and helpful to get the job done. I truly was impressed at hiw informative the men were about every job. I would diffently use this company again anytime. Thank you for fixing my home.

Had major water damage in our home and Platinum was quick to respond. When notified, it seemed they came within minutes. Technicians were more than courteous; they were completely equipped to handle our emergency. We will be keeping their number handy!
