Seldom do I encounter a contractor (of any trade) who: 1) gives me an instant feeling of trust, and 2) does what he says he’ll do & at the quoted price. Such was the case with Scott Blackwood, owner of AdvantaClean of Dublin. Within a week of my calling him to inspect my basement, he was at my house to begin the work. He knows his trade inside & out! He & his helper, Shane, were diligent, thorough & left my basement cleaner than I ever imagined they would. My mold/water problem was finally history! I’ve never hired anyone more efficient or more helpful than Scott. If you choose him to fix your problem, you won’t be sorry.

We called the company because we had a suspected mold in the bathroom. Scott (the owner) came in to inspect it within a few hours of our call. He suggested the treatment and was able to take care of it during the same visit. Scott is courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend his company.

He knows his mold & didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need! I chose him because he knew what he was doing & how to remove mold & asbestos, which i didn’t have. He also did all the work & didn’t try to send me a bunch of other contractor’s I didn’t need. He was very reasonably priced!

I am very happy with the service of AvantaClean. I could tell right away that they were interested in sincerely helping me and not just selling me a service. The price was competitive and their schedule was very flexible. My basement actually flooded the day they were supposed to do the work and they used their large equipment to help clear my water and dry the floor. They put in a new sump pump and are also helping to research a solution to another water leak issue. I’m very thankful to AdvantaClean and would recommend them to others!
