Outstanding service from start to finish. The company my insurance sent in first quoted me four times more for the repair. I decided to get a second opinion and thats where I found iDry. Not only did Curtis walk me through the damage, but he even explained my options if I wanted to attempt the cleanup myself. My laundry, basement, and a portion of my kitchen flooded or had quite a bit of water due to a washing machine malfunction. On a SUNDAY -Curtis and Cathy came to my home within an hour or so and immediately started to work removing the water, some damaged drywall etc. Very kind, knowledgeable, professional, and the follow-up and monitoring was top notch. Curtis was able to save the wood floor that was impacted by water in my kitchen that spans the entire 1st floor. It took a few weeks to dry but his methodical patience and experience came through. Highly recommend iDry!

I did a Google Search to find a water/mold restoration company and I lucked into calling the right number. Cathy was a welcoming & warm voice who showed a lot of interest in addressing our problem and making sure someone was available to come out. Curtis was a straight-shooter and quickly determined the best way to remedy our problem (and provide great guidance for how to prevent it from happening again). Highly recommend iDry.

When you happen upon a flood in your basement what do you do? I had no idea. My first reaction was panic. Went upstairs and all I could remember was ServPro – you know their commercial – like it never even happened. Well, their 24/7 quick response went something like this – we can put you on a waiting list and should be able to get to you in about a month. Nope, that won’t work. Did a local search and found IDry Columbus, gave them a call, and on the second ring Cathy answered the phone. Her first response to me was – everything is going to be okay and we’ll be out there today, and they were. Curtis, Kevin and team began the process of bringing my basement back to normal. They installed a new sump pump, and within a couple of hours the water was gone and they began their drying process. Over a four day period they came, inspected the progress, repositioned their equipment and applied their mold prevention. Their experience with insurance companies was so helpful to me. I had never put in a homeowners claim before, and they guided me on the process. Besides being experts in what they do, they – all of them – are genuinely good people who care about you and helping you get things back to normal. I’m so very grateful for Cathy, Curtis, Kevin and team. They are masters in their craft and provide noteworthy results. If this happens to you, and I hope it doesn’t, call IDry Columbus – they are the best in the business – and they’re a local company that’s been in business for decades helping people just like me and you.

Septic line in the basement burst and these guys got it cleaned up the next morning. They did an efficient and thorough job of cleanup and were extremely professional & polite. Highly recommend!
