James and his team at Yeti truly embrace the most authentic meaning of service with their customers. They genuinely do their work for the benefit of others. Throughout the restoration process, I never once doubted that they had my best interest in mind. I experienced this first hand time and time again as they served me and my family while they did a very large restoration project on my home that had significant fire and water damage. They are very skilled, knowledgeable, punctual and their communication and follow through are exceptional. I have used several other restoration companies throughout the years, Yeti is a standout going above and beyond, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.

My husband and I woke up to flooded hallway floors, kitchen, & living room with it raining water through to the basement and laundry room. When we called Yeti, we expected that they would give us broad strokes, but their experience and knowledge were invaluable. They told us what to expect, and the workers that showed up were friendly and professional. The others that they recommended to help us sort through the contents, and the soggy subsequent laundry, were services I did not even existed, but desperately needed. They walked with us every step of the way. We would highly recommend them, and feel confident you will be happy with their work. James, Jim, and the team of technicians that worked in our home were kind, professional, and made me feel a part of the Yeti family. They went above and beyond to coach me through every stage of the mitigation/restoration process. Even when my insurance company did me wrong, Yeti did me right. Highly recommend using them.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Unprecedented and outstanding! Long story short, a midnight toilet related flood (caught within 3.5 hours) ended up being my first insurance claim and I honestly had no idea what to do or who to call. I googled water mitigation and Yeti popped up with >100 Five-Star reviews so I gave a call. Within 2-hours of calling, not only was an appointment set and under way, by the most helpful, sincere, and polite staff I’ve spoken with, but the owner of the company himself was onsite. (James called within 15-minutes of my calling Yeti to let me know that he would to my home in under 2-hours) I’ve never experienced this kind of genuine care and service before. While walking James through my home his technician Patrick was prepping all need supplies and gear and < 1-hour later drying mats, dehumidifiers, and fans were setup and mitigating the water. (UNREAL RESPONSE TIME!) Not only was my cared for by experts in lightning speed, my anxiety, confusion and frustration with the midnight incident were mitigated by the professional & compassionate staff at Yeti. I’d like to give my greatest gratitude to James and to Patrick. Not only did you “save” my floors, you also saved my sanity. Outstanding service, professional and understanding staff, unbelievable speed, and the utmost care for preserving home and sanity leads me to give Yeti my highest praise! 5/5 in every way! I most highly recommend Yeti Restoration!

Cannot share enough good things about my experience with Yeti Restoration! Not only was the work done above my satisfaction, they were very communicative, flexible and trustworthy. I had a water heater bust and leak a floor down while out of town. Their work was done quickly, and it prevented me from having further damage. They made a bad situation better with their professionalism. Recommend!!!

Yeti Restoration was an absolute blessing. My basement had a serious flood due to a sump pump failure at 10 o clock at night. I called Yeti after hours and they answered immediately. The owner (James) was very kind and reassuring. They made my house first priority the following day. Jim arrived promptly at 8 am to help me to assess the situation. Shortly after a crew of skilled and professional workers arrived and began immediately. Working with Yeti was so unbelievably easy in the midst of my turmoil. Every person I encountered from Yeti was kind, courteous, and hard working. They were able to get all of the water out of my basement, thoroughly clean all the mud from the floors, remove all damaged items and place them conveniently so that I could itemize them for the insurance, fully pre treat the area for mold, place humidifiers and fans, and got rid of all of the damaged items for me. Best of all, they explained my insurance coverage in a way I could understand. Well done Yeti team! From James, to Jim, to the very talented laborers, to the final call with Vicki. You guys went above and beyond and I would highly recommend you to anyone in need of your services! Thank you all and may God bless you for how you take care of your customers.
