My place of business had a pipe burst and flooded an office. I called a competitor and never got a call back. I called CWFR and within an hour Jack was out to assess and explain the process. After the assessment, within a short time Billy and Markus showed up and got to work. Fast, thorough and friendly, they got us taken care of and explained everything. Over the next two days Nick and Ray came out to inspect and follow up on the drying process. Both of them were exceptionally friendly and explained time frames and next steps. I could not be happier with the level of service received. I Will never call anyone else for facilities needs!

We recently had our basement flood due to an old sump pump failure. We were referred to Cleveland Water and Fire and after calling in the evening they came out first thing in the morning. Quickly assessed the damage and estimate and came out the next day to take care of basement. Billy and Roman were the two workers who came to our home. They were very professional and quickly, but thoroughly cleaned and dried our basement. I would highly recommended Cleveland Water and Fire to anyone!

Crew of Phillipe and Billy were prompt and very professional throughout this entire process. I am a plumbing contractor that uses this company and to see a company we recommend quickly responding to a customer of ours is great to see. Being on job site while this was happening and seeing these two guys work ethic and hospitality was reassuring to me.
