Highly recommend Big Blue Restoration. Following a flood caused by a water heater, Big Blue’s staff did a superb job restoring our fully furnished basement. They are knowledgeable, communicate frequently, work hard and are very pleasant. Thanks Quint, Chris, and Jason and your co-workers for an excellent job.

We had a bad situation turned good all because of Big Blue Restoration. We had a pretty major flood in our kitchen that damaged the majority of our downstairs. Big Blue not only responded quickly, but their turn key management of the entire situation was just what we needed. Their field management team, Chris and Quint, kept up a steady stream of communication so I always knew what to expect and when. The owners, Mike and Zach, made sure we were happy throughout the entire process. The results exceeded my expectations. Truly would recommend them to anyone and everyone. 10/10.

Worked with Quint and his team after our house was seriously damaged by fire. Our experience was excellent! Fires are awful but Quint was very kind to us, and got us home well in advance of the initial estimates. We received regular updates, and the quality of work was amazing. We appreciate everything the team did for us, and will Big Blue to anyone.

We had a great experience with Big Blue. They were extremely responsive from the initial water damage mitigation and throughout the rebuild. Quint and team were very professional, and were able to get the job done much quicker than I thought. We have already recommended Big Blue to one of our neighbors!

Mike and his team were true pros. They understood the renovations we wanted for our kitchen, deck, and downstairs game room. His estimates were accurate and he was super accommodating to our schedules. Highly recommend and we will def use Big Blue in the future!!!

We were referred here by our plumber and are so happy we were. They were prompt, communicative, professional and most importantly, honest. Carrie answered all our questions so patiently and was super knowledgeable about all things water-damage clean up. Hoping we don’t need this service in the future but if we do, we will absolutely call them back.
