Called ServPro for a water damage issue. Steven and Felipe were out within the hour. They had the damaged carpets up and out. Wet Sheetrock was removed, fans and dehumidifiers in place in under 5 hours. Incredible teamwork. I was impressed with the hustle and the communication. This entire ServPro team was fantastic from the first phone call to the time they walked out the door. Nice to know there is someone to call when this type of problem happens.

ServPro of Shelby did an outstanding job on my water damaged floor. I made the call late afternoon on July 3rd. They came out on the same day for the initial inspection and set the plan for water damage mitigation into effect. I chose for their crew to show up on Friday the 5th. Their setup / demolition crew was outstanding on the 5th and their equipment removal crew was outstanding on the 7th. In only 48 hours our bedroom floor went from being wet & smallish horrible to completely dry with clean air. They work directly with my insurance adjuster so I did not have to write them a check myself. They wasted zero time and now I can quickly begin the rebuild phase. If I ever have another damage mitigation event, I will definitely be calling ServPro of Shelby!
