Wonderful professional service, from office team to techs. Nelon-Cole did my original moisture control service about 2 years ago . With that service they set up a dehumidifier in my crawl space. I continue to use their service for moisture control maintenance.Today Greg came out for my annual maintenance.He was friendly , professional and efficient. Thank you !

After a horrible basement flood became my last straw, I decided to bite the bullet and waterproof the exterior of my basement. Many friends recommended Nelon-Cole. Now I can’t say enough good things about this company, too! Every single workman throughout the process was professional, courteous, and hardworking. Excellent communication as they detailed their work and involved me in the process. (They also saved my ancient azaleas-replanted elsewhere per their suggestion!) I really felt like the crew worked like they were working on their own house. By the way, a dry basement in the big rains is a HUGE relief! Thanks Nelon-Cole!

I am very impressed with this company. They completed a full crawlspace encapsulation and removed all the old mold caused by the moisture under my house. They installed a drain with pump and dehumidifier. The guys doing the work were exceptional, this is a very labor intensive job and they took great measures to not make a mess and cleaned up what they did afterwards. The crawlspace looks great now and everything is working that they installed. I am sure this added value to my house and will make it last even longer. Exceptional job thank you. Update: 2 years later after they completed my house, I had them do my mothers house. Excellent job again, this house has a basement that was built early 70’s and had never been water proofed. Nelon Cole completed the water proofing in the basement and now it is dry. Even after some heavy rainfalls no water is leaking in. Also they did a full encapsulation on the crawlspace area of the house. Again I can’t say enough good things about this company. They do as they say and respond to calls and questions. I am very picky and selective on who I do business with and they are a class A business that I totally recommend to anyone with a water problem. Thank you again.

Had my whole crawlspace encapsuled last month and I`m very pleased with the price and quality I`ve got from Nelon-Cole. All was done by the date I`ve been told, monor issue afterwards with the draining was redone 1 day after I called without questioning. Also, they got all skilled employees they need to get the job done, therefore no subcontractors were needed.
