This company is appalling and predatory. Quoted us $600, doubled the price and didn’t the job done. Avoid them at all costs. Dawn lied to us in our initial conversation, showed no empathy or compassion, and never offered to make the job right when we mentioned our concerns were even handled. Ray bullied us into signing papers. We are escalating the situation but want to let the public know.

This team deserves more than five stars! They were phenomenal. They surpassed expectations! Austin, Dennis, Curtis, Dylan, Jason, David, Barbie, and Sara formed one amazing team! If you have a need, they are prompt, they are professional, and they are the best!

I recently experienced a water loss at my home and contacted American Restoration. Jose and Dustin showed up within an hour of calling and started the drying process. Dylan, and Dustin completed demo on my hardwood floors and also helped move a lot of contents in my home. All the guys were very knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway possible. Also thank you to Sara and Landon for working with my insurance and moving this process along quickly. Restoration the American Way, good old customer service. Thanks to everyone.

Dusty, Steve, Eric and Jose were absolutely wonderful and did over and above everything I could have wanted! Can’t thank them enough for their excellent, professional service!! Very knowledgeable and helpful about everything I asked!! Cameron was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I would recommend these guy anytime!! 1/17/24 I was very pleased to work with Keisha and Dennis to resolve a problem that arose with my floor. They were both very prompt, professional and helpful in getting the matter taken care of! Dennis stayed late to get the job finished. Professional til they get job then it’s all downhill from there! Fire in June, 2020 supplies delivered in Dec.2020 . the weeks went with no word from anyone about status of job. 2021 Tried to use old supplies from where .. God only knows! 15 months goes by and wasn’t close to being finished .. had to fire them … shoddy and unprofessional workers. This company put my house on Facebook 13 months into job with pics only to upset and recall terrible tragedy of a fire. Subcontractors for floors were unprofessional, called us names, framers did excellent work , but they had a hard time completing work not getting supplies needed from company. Mortgage company did inspection and flunked them and was told not to pay. Kept sending bills, for work not done. We didn’t pay. Insurance company was in shock about the work. But gave us money. We still didn’t pay. Thanksgiving 2021 got a letter with a huge bill of not done work. Christmas got a letter with a lien on the house for not paying. January called company and ask if they could quit partying and putting it on Facebook to have a meeting for “old” customers to work out problems. Agreeded… had meeting and came to terms with it. Paid more than should have but agreed.. we are old me 73- husband 75 .. and this is our home and we worked for it when an accident that turned sour. But it’s over. We got another company to compete what they ruined in 15 months in 5 months with quality work and manners and professional work. It’s been 6 months back in our home and I am still bitter Hopefully someone will read this and change their mind about using this company. There’s lots of choices out there. Please be careful if you ever need anyone after a tragic accident. PLEASE DONT USE AMERICAN RESTORATION IN SHELBY NC my bam can be used if you want to publish it. I’m honest and I am telling the truth. Have plenty of witnesses to back me up. I could write a book but I’m not a writer. Just an unsatisfied ex customer.
