Dave and his team did exceptional job in replacing our floors. Dave is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and very respectful. Dave was there personally every step of the way through very stressful situation that started with water damage in the house. He and his team were so punctual and so detailed that I actually got better flooring. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Highly recommend 123 Flooring

Dave, Teresa and each phase of this major floor replacement has been better than we thought it could be. 8:00 am Monday morning, as promised, the door bell rang and all equipment and personnel were there ready to tear our our old laminate and begin the replacement. When we returned 4 days later, the job was complete, even down to the expert painting of our baseboards and shoe molding. Trust and excellence are two words that describe 123 Flooring and every subcontractor he recommended.

We had a water leak that did substantial damage to our floors and drywall. We were on a time crunch as we were welcoming our first baby into the world within the next couple of weeks. We were put in contact with Dave through our insurance adjuster because the first contractors weren’t going to get our home finished in time for our baby to come home. Dave assured us he would have the project finished within a week of materials being delivered and he did just that! I am so grateful for Dave and his team for getting our home ready for us, not to mention the floors look amazing and way better than before!!

I just cannot say enough good things about Dave and Teresa and their team. After some severe storm damage, our floors needed to be replaced. Dave was out the day after I called, his estimate was hands down the best and he went above and beyond to work with our very complicated mortgage company. His team was professional, on-time and did an amazing job installing our new LVP and carpeting. Teresa was incredibly knowledgeable and the reason we ended up with such beautiful flooring! She also helped me navigate the in’s and out’s of what we needed and when I overlooked something, she didn’t hesitate to get someone scheduled out to help us. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Our water heater suddenly broke and leaked beneath our floors. We needed restoration and Dave was recommended to us. Dave is punctual, knowledgeable, and sincere. He helped us with floor and painting choices, and his team are hardworking and very professional. My daughter and I are very happy with the restoration, and we highly recommend Dave and his team. 123 Flooring came to our house during a very overwhelming difficult time when a pipe burst in our upstairs bathroom. They worked quickly and took our money saying they would come back and help work with the insurance company. They then refused to take our calls. We’ve been calling for over a month. They have not even provided us with an invoice for the work they did so that WE can work with the insurance company and get our money back for the work they did. The time they answered accidentally, they said they would take care of it right away. That was weeks ago and once again they will not answer our calls. They say they are busy because they are being audited. I wonder why.
