Trustworthy folks who do quality work. The crew arrived when scheduled and worked hard to finish their work on/before planned timeline. Cost was comparable to other quotes and I feel like though I spent more, I got a better value than with other proposals. Everything was discussed and agreed to on the frontend and there were no surprises. Can’t really ask for more out of contractor. 10/10 would recommend.

My house is 23 years old and my crawl space was a mess. The insulation was mostly on the ground, it was musty smelling and items from previous contractors were strewn around throughout the area. I was given Michael Masserang’s contact information and I reached out to him. Michael was very professional, explained things in an easy way for me to understand and I was thrilled with the final result. My crawl space looks better now than when my house was new. The crew which completed the work were very fast and efficient. They cleaned out the mold, installed new insulation and put down a vapor barrier. Michael and Charlotte Crawlspace Solutions certainly earned my trust.

I recommend Charlotte Crawl Space Solutions, LLC to address your crawl space needs. Michael Messerang, Shelby Knotts and the installers are great. After 20 years, our crawl space needed attention. The insulation was falling and the vapor barrier was missing in places. I met with Michael and he proposed removing old insulation and vapor barrier and cleaning the crawl space. I am very pleased with the finished work. The new vapor barrier covers all of the ground surface and the new insulation is securely in place. The look is aesthetically pleasing as well.

We hired Charlotte Crawlspace Solutions to remediate our crawlspace which had mold that was causing health issues. They were highly professional and friendly. The guys came, removed all the HVAC ductwork & insulation, thoroughly cleaned the crawlspace to remove the mold then re-insulated & laid plastic down. The crawlspace passed the follow up mold inspection and it’s so clean now it almost looks like a new build underneath!! Thrilled to finally breathe clean safe air! Highly recommend this crew if you want it done safely and correctly!

Michael, Shelby, Carlos and the entire team were wonderful to work with. Carlos was outstanding as the on site lead. He kept me informed every step of the way and offered me options and advice when needed. The project was very well managed, completed on time and extremely well implemented. I can’t say enough good things about how it went. They were exceptionally easy to work with, flexible, responsive, did a great job and cleaned up incredibly well, every day. I would recommend them to anyone needing mold remediation/crawl space improvements.
