We had a water leak in our home that caused damage and called Serve Pro to come help with mitigation. I cannot express how pleased we were with the professionalism and exceptional service they provided. Specifically, JC and Rodney worked extremely hard making sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. They told us step by step what the process was for mitigation, made sure everything was safe, were always on time, friendly, polite, professional and helped us feel comfortable in a stressful situation. We cannot recommend them enough. We also appreciated having JC and Rodney come out each time to maintain consistency with the mitigation. Also, Logan, DJ and William helped assist them with our mitigation and everyone was great. Very thankful they helped a stressful situation go so smoothly.

JC and Rodney were outstanding to work with. They were very conscientious and professional. They went the extra mile to keep our house clean. They made sure all the areas were dry. They did a great job communicating throughout the entire process. I could not have had a better experience considering the water damage in our house. Last night I went into my sunroom and found that part of the ceiling had fallen. There was insulation ALL OVER !!!! I spoke with my insurance company and then instructed me to call someone in to help clean the area. I called Serpro, not really knowing anything about them. I was more than lucky to choose this company. Two of the nicest fellows came out to help put some order back into my life! Both Alex and Xavier were absolutely amazing. They worked well and fast as a team. I could go on about how nice they were but I think folks really want to know the caliber of their work. They both were excellent, efficient, respectful, and proficient. I recommend this business knowing you will be greatly happy with the outcome.

Our water heater was shooting water all over our basement. I called Servpro and Logan and DJ came within a few hours. It was so nice to have someone who knew how to handle the situation. They were very knowledgeable on what needed to be done to take care of the situation. They are both very hard workers and got things done quickly. I felt very comfortable with them guiding me In the steps I needed to take to resolve this problem. I will definitely call Servpro again and ask for Logan and DJ if I ever have a water problem again.

We just had service by ServPro and the different colleagues Logan, DJ, JC, Rodney, Willy, and Spencer all were just amazing! Very professional, very caring, very compassionate to our needs. Also, they were incredibly thorough and communicative about what they were doing and how long things would take. We are just so thrilled at the job that DJ, Logan & Klein with ServPro did for us! They investigated the areas they thought might be affected (besides the places we thought) and found others and explained to us the processes they would be doing. They reassured me about other contractor would would be out to remove all my cabinets so they could get the flooring work done and dried out. They were very professional and courteous and explained everything in detail and kept our adjuster informed as well. I would DEFINITELY recommend them highly! Thank you so much guys!
