Renew Restoration did a great job of cleanup of my sister home. My sister, unfortunately had a fire at her home. She is an aging senior. Renew Restoration did the cleanup and the attention detail was spot on and their professionalism in working with us and insurance company was amazing. Thank you 🙏🏽 so much Travis and Josh!!!

I met Renew Restoration after a pipe burst in my master bathroom. They made the process easy and as stress free as it could be. Josh, Daniel and Steven explained everything and did exactly what they stated they would. They put my house back together in a very timely and professional way. Thank you Renew Restoration.

They came out to give me a quote and I felt very comfortable with their pricing and ability to do the work. Booked with them and they didn’t show up. I waited a week or more and never heard from them. I called back to rebook the appointment and explain to them that I understand things happen. We rebooked for this past Friday. They were supposed to arrive at 10am. They called me and let me know that they would be around 1 PM to let it get warmer outside. Which was fine. 3 PM rolls around and they still have not showed. I called and left a voicemail with no answer. I called again at 4 PM and was told that things got crazy and busy. They offered to rebook for the following Monday but I told them that we have decided to go with a different company due to their poor communication. My biggest issue is my time wasted. I spent time with them during the consultation, time calling them, and I stayed home Friday not running any errands and canceled plans to be there. They of course apologized but that doesn’t really give my time back.

Very professional. They came in and did what they said they were going to do in a professional manner and informed me of what they were doing! Josh answered all of my questions and kept in touch with me! I would definitely recommend this company!

Had a sewer backup which flooded the basement, called Renew Restoration and cleanup. Josh the lead technician was great, within a couple hours from calling he came out and setup fans and dehumidifier to start the drying process. He also assisted with the insurance claim. after the dry-out process a crew returned to clean and sanitize the areas that were damaged, that crew did an outstanding job in a very professional and timely manner. within a week from the first calling, the basement was back to normal with the help of Renew Restoration, Josh, and the crew that cleaned and sanitized. I would recommend Renew Restoration. Great company to work with.
