I had the great misfortune of having a tree fall on my home , displacing me and my son for several months. Rainbow Restoration of Charlotte restored my home. Even though it was such a surreal and stressful time , this company handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. Jake, the owner was so kind and ethical. Kindell the mitigation manager was prompt and professional. Every communication and task was handled with what seemed to be ease. And even though it was a very stressful time for me , they handled everything for me and made it manageable. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is in need.

Horrible experience. They all talk a good game during the walk through in the beginning but then nothing is done on schedule or as discussed and more damage will occur due to lack of supervision and poor contractors. Every element of my reconstruction was beyond horrible work and even the packout of my goods was unprofessional leaving items sitting in storage for months without cleaning first and physical damage to TVs and exercise equipment. Rainbow was finally fired from my project after 8 months and in two weeks I have already accomplished more than they accomplished in 8 months by subcontracting myself. If you want to deal with dishonest criminals this is the place for you.

The Project Manager Shannon knows how to get repairs done in a timely manner and one correctly. She cares about the customer and their concerns and puts herself in their shoes to make the experience professional but also personable. If she is your project manager I will say you are lucky. Very professional and on top of things always.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! Please read all these reviews before signing the contract. No one is lying on them bcuz the complaints are all the same. This is the worst company ever. I wish I had read these reviews before using them but my insurance company referred them so I thought they would be ok. Boy was I wrong. They took 8 months to complete a small kitchen bcuz of poor communication. When they first came I thought they would be good but soon found out they talk a good game but performance was REALLY REALLY BAD. They said they were going to start on one day and no one showed up & didn’t call to let me know. I asked for one color to be painted on my walls & they almost put the wrong color. Thank Goodness I showed up before they got started. When you ask the project manager questions he would just tell you anything and 90% of the time it was wrong. I had to constantly call to see when they would complete the project, he would give a date and that date would come & go. They put in cabinets & floors I didn’t approve so they had to redo the cabinets I kept the floors just to get it over with. The contractors broke my TV. It was the worst experience. I called the owner thinking the communication would get better but it never did. I wanted to fire them several times but didn’t want to go thru the hassle of going to court bcuz I had signed the damn contract 🤦🏽‍♀️ I could go on & on about the bad experience but you get the gist. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE
