Great Service. Don’t go with the quote your insurance gives you on your roof… it’s low balled. Get an adjuster here at NCIS.. they get you the best offer and biggest offer and make sure the job is done correctly and efficiently. Had a roof replaced during storm damage during last big storm… I called Nick at NICS and he jumped right on it. Handled the part with insurance- except me paying my deductible of course. Had my wood under shingles that was rotted wood fixed and replaced and replaced all the shingles. And the work was done professionally!! Thanks NICS!!!! Nick is a straight shooter and has a wealth of knowledge in his field. He has a lot of resources at his disposal and knows when and how to use them. Plus his team is thorough and will help fight for you to get what you need and deserve. Hes not afraid at all to go to bat for you. If you need home restoration and hire him, he is definitely the heavy weight you want in your corner.

Nick Barkley and his team of professionals had been a literall God send. When me and my family were at one of the toughest points of our lives, they came through like an answered prayer. We unfortunately had a tree go through our roof due to a tornado and Nick rushed in at the middle of the night with no delay and quickly got my family squared away in a hotel room. Not long after, his team moved my family into a very nice rental close to my kids school, and has had our backs with fighting the insurance company all the way. Due to his thorough means of quality work he was able to raise the amount of money the insurance company was willing yo pay from $18,000 to $103,000, all while keeping us informed and comfortable during the process. After having water damage from our water pipes leaking and a terrible job done by another restoration company to dry the damage, I contacted NICS. Nick stopped by the next day and was able to walk me through the entire process from dealing with the insurance to getting the actual restoration done. The public adjuster they involved was great and ensured we would get a proper restoration and not just the bare minimum. Once the claim was settled Preston helped us to get the work done quickly and expertly, always super responsive. Within 2 weeks everything was done, from drywalls to flooring and it looks great! Couldn’t be happier!

I used NICS of Charlotte to put on a new roof. They did an excellent job and cleaned up extremely well afterwards. then I used them to screen in my porch and refinish my downstairs basement. Highly recommend them.

I’m very thankful for the services they provide. Nick Barkley was an angel sent to us. He went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We bounced back pretty quick from a house fire, but mentally it has took some time. Just wanted to say how great NICS was and how wonderful their members are! Thank y’all! ❤️

We used NICS restoration for a variety of jobs we needed done. Roofing, flooring, new pillars in our basement, mortar work- specifically. Not only did they exceed our expectations with their customer service, communication, and quality of work, they were able to get the job done quickly. They were absolutely worth every penny we paid- which also was less than we were quoted with any other contractor in the area, AND they facilitated the work in a very short window of time. Nick and Danny were absolutely amazing, the communication is top notch, I did not have to continuously reach out or hire out several different contractors despite the broad range of work needing to be done. They were able to do it all. Their crew worked quickly and efficiently and NICS really takes care of their workers and clients. 10/10
