Please save yourself the headache. I had a leak in the main bathroom that is now at the 14 month mark and is still incomplete. A new man comes each time- probably been around 12 at this point into my home. They do not communicate with you. One tried to use popcorn on the ceiling, which was incorrect. They do not use shoe covers, scratched glass and walls, got paint all over, used the wrong paint color and sheen, made the shower smaller, they randomly show up or do not show when expected, they had to read the directions on how to use a tool right in front of me, they did not seal the tile, they damaged a pipe in the vanity, drove over my yard 6 times. They wanted to charge me $100 to fix a small hole in the drywall that they created, $300 to cut the back of a vanity to fit the plumbing. $500 to extend tile a minimal amount, $150 for a small amount of metal trim. And, the work they perform is awful. They replaced a toilet. And, it Leaked. I had water dripping into my livingroom from their work. Please do not use them. The timeframe is unreasonable and the quality is unprofessional and low grade. Communication has also been unprofessional. It has been a painful experience. I do not wish this upon anyone. You should be warned ahead of time.

I had hellacious damage in the backyard due to a tornado last night, where a kitchen window was broken due to a limb coming through like it owned the place. Naturally, I filed a big fat insurance claim; Corey Pitts came out from Jenkins Restoration for the board-up within a few short hours to prevent further damage to my home. It’s very apparent that everyone in my area was having an extremely stressful cleanup-filled day. Corey made us laugh, was very personable, professional, and did an amazing job. Corey didn’t make me feel like I was just another ‘job’ in the endless lineup of houses to visit for the day; he listened to my concerns, was patient as we walked around the house and was shown damage, and made sure everything was secure so that part of this process would just just a little bit easier. Thanks, Corey!

Jenkins Restoration and John Kirby did an awesome job when I needed my floors and ceiling repaired due to a water leak. They all were very professional and friendly. All work was completed, clean up completed and even all furniture was back in place. Thank you for your great service!

A previous reviewer said “I truly don’t think Jenkins could have done a worse job on our home if they tried”. I had the same experience. This is the worst company in the history of western civilization. They should be called Jenkins Demolitions, not Jenkins Restorations.

Maggie, Andrew, Sébastien, Nidia, and Jairo were fabulous with both the pack out and pack back!!! They put everything back exactly where it was. No damage to anything! Best attitudes ever!!! I think they ate all due a raise!
