I used AdvantaClean last year for issues with my crawlspace. He was so honest and affordable. His estimate was half of the first estimate that I got. I had my contractor look over both estimates and he said Gibbons was good. The other company was trying to sell unnecessary things such as a French drain. His communication was great and they had the work done in a timely fashion. I’ve already recommend him to a client of mine who was also pleased with his work. If you need any crawlspace remediation, these are your guys!

It was a relief to work with Gibbon and his crew at AdvantaClean. I had sustained a great deal of damage to the encapsulation of my crawlspace of my 118 yr old home after the crawlspace was flooded in January of 2024. AdvantaClean came through with the most economical estimate and the work they did was high quality and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

this is the go to co. if you want a job done above and beyond what you pay for they not only did what they said they would but more. Gibbon sent a great crew I cant say all that they did but they are on my A list.

Used AdvantaClean after years of struggling with crawlspace moisture and indoor humidity issues. Gibbon’s team did excellent work, answering any questions I had along the way. They did clean, neat work on all encapsulation and remediation work, including the dehumidifier install. The old, wet, musty crawlspace now looks, smells, and feels like brand new construction, including the joists and subfloor. My only regret is not having done it years ago. 1/3/2024 – As a follow-up, we had an issue with some light water intrusion after a heavy rain over a year after the original service. After just a single text exchange, Gibbon had a team out less than 24 hours later to assess and remediate the issue, which would not have been obvious during the initial encapsulation. An additional thumbs up for responsiveness and standing behind their warranty guarantees.

Twice a year since living here, I’ve suffered with allergies that end up with a sinus infection and awful headaches. I noticed that when I stayed somewhere besides home, I felt better. I also noticed that this all occurred at the start of the 2 seasons, air conditioning and heat start up. We have tried everything. And taking an allergy pill everyday wasn’t cutting it. Last night was the first night since turning the heat on that I didn’t have allergy symptoms and post nasal drip while trying to sleep. Why? Yesterday Advanta Clean came out and cleaned our ductwork. They thoroughly cleaned the entire system. They were respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. I’m not getting any advantage to posting this other than to encourage you, if you’re struggling like I have been, to give them a call. I feel like a new woman this morning and want to shout about it!

We came upon a few mold spots in our house, on the ceiling. Not only was there mold in the bathroom and hallway, where it was apparent, but a lot of mold growth in the crawlspace too. Advantaclean was excellent! From Gibbon, their front man, to the workers that actually got down and dirty, everyone was empathetic of our situation and easy to work with. J.B. and Curtis explained everything to me before he completed any work, and Gibbon referred me to a GREAT general contractor named Larry to help me with some of the after-work. I highly recommend Advantaclean!
