I had a damaged kitchen ceiling from a shower drain leak and came to BioClean looking for answers. They were not the first company my wife and I contacted, but they were the one we used because they worked with us instead of trying to sell us something in a hurry. Very friendly, great with communication, and the work they did was excellent.

I called Bioclean and requested an appointment to determine if mold was present under my window. I was impressed with the young lady that answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. She had a great personality and offered excellent customer service. David came out and shared his expertise and wisdom. He was thorough and offered resources to resolve the issue. It was a relief to find out that it was not mold. David took the time to explain what I needed to do and where I could purchase the items to fix the issue. He also provided a referral for another matter I mentioned to him. Bioclean puts the customer first and ensures that they deliver the best experience. I am grateful that I called and will not hesitate to do so again!!!

Two thumbs up for Bioclean! Bioclean to the rescue! I used their smoke smell removal services as a tenant left a terrible smoke smell and I was worried that I would never be able to get rid of it. They were very knowledgeable and professional, and they explained the entire process to me start to finish and were accommodating to my schedule which was a big help. Bioclean-NC used top notch equipment and techniques to remove the smoke smell completely. My house was left smelling fresh and clean, very happy with the results. Scheduled these guys to do odor remediation in a rental house and they were great. From the time I called, to the consult, to the install and final removal of equipment… nothing but absolute professionalism. If I ever needed their services again, I would definitely call them! I would highly recommend Bioclean Restoration, Inc. I contracted them to dry out my house from burst pipe damage. Everyone that worked on it was thorough and very professional. They explained what they were going to do and completed the task. They get 5***** rating !
