Came a day late to even see the damage and was promised an estimate in a few hours. 27 hours later nothing.

Used Servpro for the first time to clean my central air conditioning unit and ducts. They were tremendous- friendly, knowledgeable, and completely professional. Explained to me exactly what job would entail, gave me detailed estimate, showed up on time and did a fantastic job. I will use them again not only for duct cleaning, but for any other work I need, and give them my highest recommendation.

I absolutely love this company and it’s people! They have been so vital to my business. Since the first time I had a client with water damage they were available and worked efferently to get the job done. The turn around time was great. They have help many of my clients with Mold, Fire and water damage. I highly recommend ServePro of Mount Vernon to anyone who is in need of their services. Tracy is so fantastic and has helped me out on so many projects and I will continue to call her as these issues arise!

I highly recommend using this service!!! I was beside myself to find that my business (self-defense Gym) had flooded over night from a burst pipe. Chris, Kevin, John, and Brandon absolutely came through and to the rescue. I asked the impossible to have the whole place dried and sanitized before our evening class otherwise we were gonna have to cancel on over 50 clients, which would have cost us even more money. This team somehow got the whole job done and for a lower cost than any other company. They took care of every detail and did it with smiles and pleasant attitudes the entire time. Works great with insurance as well. When they say “like it never happened” THEY MEAN IT. I feel so fortunate to have been in their hands and made what was a terrible day into an incredible experience. When disaster strikes you will want to call Chris and his team of super heroes.
